[ Smiling against his lips she slides her hands down to his face again, her fingers deliberately sliding over his scales. ]

[The feel of her fingers on his scales makes his insides warm up. He grips her just a little bit tighter and tries to make a valiant effort of not letting her know just how much her touch affects him. He really was failing that attempt.]

Mm. You say that now but you haven't seen the wings.

[He tries for a joke, though he can feel the self control he had meditated for slipping. Unable to resist any longer, he lifts her up so that her legs are wrapped firmly around him. He really did feel like some strange grotesque monster when looking like this. She made him feel better about it.]

I have to say, though, you are very distracting. [He kisses her, a brief exchange of lips that ended in a smile.]

[ Rey lets out a breathy laugh as he picks her up, her legs automatically going around his waist, her arms sliding down to wrap around his neck, leaning into the kiss, brief as it may be. Every kiss they share feels electric to her, like their souls are connecting.

Nuzzling her nose against his she smiles back. ]

I would like very much to see your wings. I don't know how you managed to hide them, I could never get mine under a shirt.

Mm. [He carries her to her bedroom as they talk in between a lazy kiss or two. He returns the gesture of her nose brushing against his. It made his stomach fill with butterflies.]

I was a bit persistent about it. I had to find a bigger shirt just to fit them.

[It was a bit uncomfortable having them folded tightly against his back, but it was better than looking like some winged creature. They would be free soon enough.

Once he reaches her room, he sets her on the bed and tugs up his shirt with one hand. His head disappears beneath it and a moment later he shucks it off of his arms to lay it on the floor at her feet.

Free at last, his wings spread open, black and scaled with a leather like texture to them. Leaning in to kiss her, his hands grab her by the ankles to tug her closer to the end of the bed while his wings envelop the two of them.]

I can modify some of your shirts so they fit without you needing to cover them up, if this ends up being a monthly thing.

[ She offers quietly, in between kisses and soft touches. She'd done the same with some of her own clothes, to accommodate the feathery wings she'd been sprouting recently.

When he removes his shirt she breathes in slowly, caught for a moment by the sight of him. He looks strange but he's still beautiful, and when he pulls her close and wraps his wings around her she kisses him back, her hands cupping his face once again. ]

I'd appreciate it.

[To no one's surprise, his shirts are the last thing on his mind right now. His hands start tugging at any laces or otherwise - aiming to remove her clothes one layer at a time - starting with her shoes.

His wings fold back again, resting against his back, while he focuses on her.]

I'm so glad we're not fighting any more. I've been trying not to think about ripping your clothes off for at least five minutes.

[ Giggling she leans back on her arms, watching him take her boots off, holding her legs steady to make his work a little easier. ]

We weren't fighting, lightsabers come out when we're fighting. That was just a mild disagreement. Watch those claws, though. I like these boots.

[He laughs a bit, carefully tugging one boot and then another over her feet after he's done unlacing them.]

That's fair. [He smiles a little, scraping his claws gently over one ankle, held captive in his other hand. He moves on to her calves, looking up at her for a moment and just drinking her in.]

You're terrifying with a lightsaber, I'll have you know.

[He moves back into her space again after discarding her socks as well. Look at him, being good and not literally ripping her clothes to shreds.]

Alright, if I'm not allowed to actually rip your clothes off then you're going to take them off for me.

[His smile is mischievous as he tugs her upright, his hands eventually settling at the sides of her neck as he's done hundreds of times before, before kissing her.]

[ She bites her lip as she watches him scrape his nails over her leg, a thrill running up her spine. The comment about her with a lightsaber makes her smile a little, remembering that the last time he'd really seen her fight had been when they'd been facing down the praetorian guards in Snoke's chambers. ]

I learned from you, you know.

[ Her form wasn't exactly his, because she had been fighting her whole life, but a lot of her natural familiarity with a lightsaber had been an extension of what she'd gleaned from his mind, what had been shared between them the first time their minds had touched.

When he's in her space again she is quick to put her hands on him, smoothing over his shoulders. She kisses him back, her lips twisted into a small smile. ]

Oh I am, am I?

Yep. I feel like watching for a change.

[He gives her a wide grin, taking her place on the bed once he's decided she is going to be giving him a decent view of her stripping. As much as he enjoyed it, he really would tear her clothes if he tried to take htem off now.]

[ She lets out a laugh as he dislodges her from the bed, moving to stand, a little awkwardly biting her lip. ]

You want this to be sexy or fast? Because I can do one well and the other...

[ Well, previously they'd yanked each other's clothes off so fast that she had never exactly tried to strip in a sexy manner. Continuing to bite her lip she looks down at her shirt, fingers sliding to the buttons along the neck, starting to slowly unfasten them. ]

Somehow, you might regret this.

I think you underestimate how badly I want to rip your clothes off if you think you can't be sexy.

[He leans back on his hands, watching her start with her shirt.]

I think I'll enjoy it.

[ She can't help the blush that spreads over her face as she continues unbuttoning, a little flustered by the boldness of his comment. ]

Okay, if you say so.

[ When she pops the last button she shrugs the shirt off, bare underneath. She didn't wear a bra often, certainly not when she's just doing things in her apartment. Her eyes flicker to his, before she reaches up behind her, starting to undo her buns. ]

[He smiles softly at the warmth coloring her cheeks, wanting so badly to just reach out and pull her close so he can kiss her and leave marks on her skin. It's true that he's never been a patient man but this made that patience worth it.]

Would it make you feel better if I told you what I'm thinking?

[Maybe not, but running commentary of how beautiful he thinks she is would at least amuse and gratify him. He may have even mentioned it once or twice during their respective moon cycles and that was usually followed by him pinning her down or holding her close while he fucked her again.]

[ She hesitates as she unravels her hair, pausing to think about that for a moment, before resuming her work. ]

It can't hurt anything.

[ She could glean things from him without words, of course, but sometimes it's nice to hear out loud. Finished with her hair she shakes it out, before moving on to her belt, carefully unhooking her lightsaber and setting it on the bedside table before messing with the buckles. ]

[ For a moment he's just quiet, watching her work her hair loose and then moving on to her belt. He gives himself a good eyeful of her rear and the little freckles that dot her skin. He might be projecting that a little through their bond.]

I like your freckles. I like how they look more visible when you blush and your cheeks turn red.

[He wants to touch them now, to trace each one with his fingertips.]

[ She smiles despite the further blush, creeping down her chest now, dropping the belt to the floor and looking back at him. ]

I like your freckles too. I'd never seen a man with them before you. All the human men on Jakku had skin like leather.

[ She lets out a breath, unbuttoning her jeans and sliding them down her legs, kicking them off in a fairly rudimentary fashion, before she crouches down to take off Ben's boots, still in her underwear but nothing else. ]

I remember being surprised by how... soft you looked. Under the mask.

[He wanted to scold her for stopping to take his boots off instead of taking her underwear off, but he found it just as mesmerizing. She was beautiful - probably the most beautiful woman he'd ever had the fortune to be with. There was also the possibility he was just a besotted fool, madly in love with her, and was therefore biased against other women.]

I normally never took it off around other people, though I'm sure most would have expected the face of a monster if I did.

[He tried not to see himself as a monster anymore, because he knew Rey would have none of it. Some habits were hard to break, no matter how often she said he was beautiful.]

I'm sure part of it was the fact that I spent my life either on ships, traveling from planet to planet. I didn't grow up under the hot sun in a scorching desert.

[He sucks in a breath, focusing on her instead of on sad things like being sent to live with Luke, training as a Jedi, and then his life under Snoke's heel. He didn't have to live that way anymore. Neither of them had to live how they used to anymore.]

You still look just as tan as when we first met.

[ Rey smiles, putting his shoes and socks aside once they're off, crouched between his legs she leans her chin against his knee, looking up at him. One hand wraps around his leg, her fingers sliding down to his ankle. ]

I can't imagine you'd do well on Jakku. You wear too much black.

[ She teases him, pressing a kiss to his clothed knee, before standing and moving further into his space, bracing her hands on either side of him on the bed. Leaning in she brushes her lips over his. ]

I don't think I'm as tan. The cold has kept me inside more.

Mm. I can't say I'd make a very good scavenger either.

[He knows, from the glimpses he's had inside her head, that she'd had value for her ability to fit into small spaces. That isn't something he can say he'd be able to do, least of all because of the fact that it involved having to bring things back across the desert to sell.]

Maybe when it's warmer again we could spend some time outside.

[Away from Hux's prying eyes, preferably. This was a fine way to spend time in doors. When her lips brush against his, his hands reach for her waist, keeping her from getting too far away for the time being.]

You wouldn't be a scavenger. You'd be a scrapper, or a hauler. You'd have someone like me as a partner, provided you found someone you got along with.

[ She'd worked with bigger people before, more often when she was younger and had less resources herself. As she grew so did her strength, and she got better at doing multiple facets of the job herself. It was more lucrative to work alone.

Shifting when he grabs her waist she settles into his lap, straddling his waist as she moves up onto the bed again. She slides her hands up his chest, then over the scales on his face. ]

I'd like to spend more time outside with you. put a little color on you.

[ Not that she dislikes his color as it is. She smiles before kissing him slowly, savoring the taste of him. ]

Ah. I can't say I know too much about either. I did want to be a pilot, though. Before everything.

[He gently squeezes her hips once she's comfortable in his lap.]

Maybe we could go swimming, find something to enjoy ourselves.

[Whatever she wanted, he would give her. He wanted her to have everything she had been denied while living on Jakku, whether it was learning foods she disliked or being able to swim in as much water as she wanted.]

[ The thought of him as a pilot squeezes her heart a little, the thought of them piloting the Millennium Falcon together, exploring the galaxy back home. Finding a place for the both of them to belong.

Kissing him again she wraps her arms around his neck, pressing her bare chest flush to his.]

I'm not a very good swimmer. But I'd like to get better.

I can teach you, though it's been a while for me.

[The closeness felt easy now, compared to the months of anxiety he felt in between days upon days where they both spent days in this room trying to slake each other's desire. He felt like a man starved whenever he kissed her, as if each one was never quite enough to satisfy. It was so easy to let go of himself when he was with her, skin on skin.

It felt strange with the scales that dotted his skin, from his neck down his torso in varying intensity. The greatest amount of them was found on his back where his wings curled against his spine.]

I wonder what would happen if we tried to do this during the triple moon cycle. I feel like our wings would get in the way of one another.

[He nips playfully on her bottom lip, one of his hands rising to frame her jaw. He was mindful not to dig the talons in. There was too much potential to injure with as awkward as he felt with these new changes. It would take some getting used to.]

[ She lets out a small giggle as he nips at her lip, her hands sliding down his back, following the scales to where his wings begin. It's a strange new thing on him, but not in a wholly alarming way. Humming at his comment she kisses him again, shifting a little in his lap. ]

We'd make it work if we were really determined.
